[comp.graphics] SVGA Paint

I am looking for a Paint program that will paint in 640x480x256 colors.

I know miilions use 640x480x16 and 320x200x256.. but whats so hard about
256 on 640?

Thanks.. Or any prototyps of making some by using Borland C++ or the like.
