A few weeks ago someone posted a request for
barbecue sauces. The one that follows is, to me,
about as great as you can use. Sorry it
took so long for me to post it.

1/4 cup water
1/2 cup wine vinegar
1/4 cup catsup
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 Tbls. cornstarch
1 large clove garlic
3 bay leaves
2 medium large to large onions

Put all ingredients in blender and blend well.
Pour into sauce pan and bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Yields about 2 cups.

You may use it immediately, or keep it quite
a while in the refrigerator.

Particularly fine on spareribs or chicken.

ENJOY!!
