Sorry everybody! I had to post this to the net, because e-mail bounced. Anyway: Yes, Dave, I am interested in subscribing to the mail list. If I come up with any leads, I'll let you know. BTW, what cap- abilities does PBMPLUS have? And as far as compiling some of this stuff, that's what EMS is for! There is also a 32-bit/protected mode C++ PD compiler out there from GNU. Maybe this could solve everyone's problems, and get around the memory limitations of the segmented architectures. I have written some imaging software the handles images up to 512x512x256. That's quite sufficient for *real* image processing work. One of my dream projects involves developing a windowing-based full-blown image processing system w/mouse and SVGA support for the PC - something like Adobe Photoshop for the Mac. Now come on; if the Mac can do it, so can the PC! The only limitation we have to deal with is the segmented architecture. (No-one start a flame war over this!) Take care and let me know if you stumble across any info. Thanks... BTW, is there a different address I can reach you at. My system says "Host Unknown". +-------------------------------+---------------------------------+ | Jay Wall (John O.
