[net.cooks] Amendments to chocolate-chip cookies

	Sometimes when I make chocolate-chip cookies, I substitute peanut
butter for half of the butter in the recipe, and cut down on the salt because
the peanut butter contains salt.  The result has a mild peanut flavor, and a
chewier texture than the standard recipe.
