I am trying to contact Mr. Paul Smith at the University of North Carolina,
at Charlotte.  He works in the Geography Dept. and the Urban Trans. Institute.

If you know of his Net Address or his general whereabouts, would you either:

1) tell me how to contact him, or
2) tell him my whereabouts from this posting.

And if you read this and you are Paul Smith, send me a reply and I'll tell
you what I've been up to in the past two months--i think you may be somewhat
interested to here about some of the equipment I have come in contact with.
