[comp.graphics] Targaget.exe

I am using Targaget.exe to load images from DOS.  The images have
been created in TIP's overscan mode.  When these images are loaded
using Targaget they are not proportional.  Is there a  command
to use with Targaget that loads overscanned images in proportionately.
