Can some one tell me where to find gif viewer for pc with CGA,EGA or VGA.Sorry if it's a beginner's question.

A bunch of different GIF viewers are available via an anonymous ftp from SIMTEL-20. Their IP address is 192.88.110.20. Check out the pd1:<msdos.gif> directory Craig Lindley
