[comp.unix.questions] digests

lauren@rand-unix.arpa (12/04/86)

Hi. No digests have been sent to either me or rand addresses for weeks.
Problems?

Thanks.

Same here. In fact, very seldom do I see *any* non-digest (ARPA) traffic
on either of these newsgroups? Nor does anyone at NBS-VMS.ARPA. Are all
the wizards studying for exams? :-) Anyone else have these problems?

It was a JOKE!! Get it?? I was receiving messages from DAVID LETTERMAN!! YOW!!

P.S. Zippy sometimes is AMAZINGLY poignant, but this is NOT a joke.

We have been experiencing the same problem here. I just got through
sending a note to unix-wizards-request and info-unix-request. What gives?

Cheers--

If you get this twice, sorry, hit wrong letter for reply. (new mailer
program, funky setup).

Anyways, I've gotten nothing lately, also. Occasionally I get letters
(like this one I'm replying to). Could have something to do with
the domain names being changed?

Time for a fortune:

Remember, UNIX spelled backwards is XINU.

I haven't gotten anything, either. I thought might be due to pending
domain changes over here, but now I see that rest of the net is also
having problems. Really Weird.
