And if you are really tacky (or a bad typist), you can use "rcp -r <src> <dest>" in place of "find <src> -print | cpio -pdmuv <dest>". It will get the files from here to there in a very timely fashion, though I'm pretty sure it doesn't maintain timestamps. N.B. this is for Wollongong TCP/IP, dunno about others.
