Here's my brother's foolproof recipe for tuna casserole (we reach new culinary heights in this newsgroup every day.) Fred's Tuna Casserole 1 7-oz can tuna 1 can condensed mushroom soup (yuk to mushrooms, I use celery soup) 2 cups defrosted frozen peas dash of pepper 2 T butter 1/3 cup bread crumbs Drain tuna and flake. Mix with soup and peas and put in baking dish. Melt butter, add bread crumbs and sprinkle mixture over top of tuna/soup mixture. Bake (uncovered) at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
