As distributed, Sendmail only allows you to have one kind of message timeout - one that returns the message to its originator when it occurs. Does anyone have patches to Sendmail 5.54 that let you have "warning timeouts" (i.e., the sender getting back a message like "Your message has been undeliverable for 1 day. Delivery attempts will continue for 1 more day....")? --Pat.
