Here are some good, mellow-rock type wedding songs that I know of: "We've only just begun" by Paul Williams - a trifle schmaltzy "There is love" by Paul Stookey (of Peter Paul & Mary) - beautiful! "Time for Joy" by Limpic & Rayburn my favorite wedding song. It's on the album "caught by the crossfire" on Myrrh records. Somewhat hard to find, but try your local Christian bookstore. There is another good wedding song, whose title escapes me, on the album "Out of the Fullness" by Wendy Hoffheimer & Mary Rice. This is on Sparrow Records, and should be available at your Christian Bookstore. Beautiful Harmonies on this one! A warning: My aunt, who is Lutheran, wanted to play "We've only just begun" at her wedding, and the pastor would not allow it because it had "sexual connotations" (this was in Wisconsin). None of the other songs could offend even the staunchest Lutheran, tough (I think). -Glenn R. Wichman
