Found a strange one yesterday, involving ksh. There is a return command, that is documented to act like exit when there is no function going on. Well, we found that if you type return | od (for instance), all your output will be piped into od, until you hit break, or exit. We thought this would be useful (pipe everything into pg!), but it didn't work until it had a certain amount of data; otherwise it just stored it up. Any thoughts? Seems like a bug to me! -- WHO: Evan L. Marcus || "All my life I wanted to be WHAT: Concurrent Computer Corporation, || someone; I guess I should WHERE: Tinton Falls, NJ || have been more specific."
