I'd like to get some kind of network connection for the company I just started working for. Becoming a uucp node seems to be the best way to go. I will have to face up to this problem soon as well - tho' in my case I have a *ton* of software as part of the BSD Unix system to *help* me. But I know that the 'login' command has bugs and so I wonder what else will come out of the woodwork when I try it. As to the mechanics I believe you need a nearby node to set up a phone link to? -- Dick Botting, Cal State U, San Bernardino
