[comp.unix.questions] READNEWS and POSTNEWS wanted

I have a coleague who is bringing up a new network node and is
looking for relitivly unadulterated source code
for the public domain READNEWS and POSTNEWS functions for UNIX.
Could someone direct me to where on the network I could get them.
