I am looking for information on commercially supported resource chargeback systems for Unix. By "chargeback system" I mean software which will record and bill for computer resources used, such as CPU, connect time, disk usage, or printer pages. I'm also interested in a system which will enforce limits on resource usage. The software must run on both 4.3 BSD and Ultrix 1.2 and above. Please respond by email--what I'd like to do is send vendors a five-page requirement spec which I've written up.
