I recently tried making a "soy cooler". It's soft tofu, strawberries, and a banana -- in a blender. The result is great! Try adding honey, if the taste isn't sweet enough for you. Remember to use the soft tofu, since it is just right for blending into a milk-shake-like consistency. You might also add wheat-germ... or granola... or other types of fruit. If you don't mind some diary product in it, maybe add plain yogurt, whole milk, or cream. Any more variations on this theme? Thanks in advance, Curt Kolovson (hplabs!kolovson)
