How do you tell when a kiwi is ripe?? If it isn't ripe when you buy it, do you ripen the kiwi in the fridge or on the counter?? Also, are there any tricks to peeling one?? Please send mail - thanks in advance. Sue Mohler AT&T-IS druxu!briar

Does that help? Also, if it is somewhat soft when you squeeze it, it is usually ripe.
