Casserole (neat name, huh?) Ground Beef (about a pound) Frozen peas or beans (about 10 oz.) Potato puffs (almost a pound) 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup Layer uncooked beef in baking dish. Cover with vegetables. Pour over this the can of soup and top with potatoe puffs. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. This is just too easy! But real good... -- Support bacteria - It's the only culture some people have! ...tektronix!tekred!ronbe (Ron Bemis)

Seven Layer Casserole Layer the following in a 2 qt. casserole dish: 1 - 1 cup uncooked rice (use quick-cooking rice) 2 - 1 cup whole kernel corn, drained 3 - sprinkle with salt & pepper; pour over 1 can (8oz.) tomato sauce and 1/2 can water 4 - 1/2 cup each finely chopped onion and green pepper 5 - 3/4 lb. uncooked lean ground beef 6 - sprinkle with salt & pepper; pour over 2nd can (8oz.) tomato sauce and 1/4 can water 7 - cover meat with 4 strips of bacon, cut in half Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer, until bacon is crisp. This has been a family favorite for as long as I can remember. It goes together quite quickly, but don't forget it takes 1-1/2 hours to cook.
