Not if you're installing it on a 3B product (that includes the 3B1),
you purchase the floppy or tape for BNU (Basic Networking Utilities).
The release contains only the binaries. Source is available, but you
will need a source license, and then you get the entire source.

HDB (aka BNU) is available for SVR2 and up.
