I have been watching my systems performance statistics lately while
the load on it has increased. I have a VAX 785 w/10 Mb + 4 RA81's.
My question is..... is it considered 'normal' for the system (SYS)
to consume a majority of the CPU usage. In the example, which I consider
typical as of late, I see that the USER and NICE usage is far below
that of the SYS overhead.

**NOTICE**
In the past, I have noticed that the SYS has been, what I consider high,
at >30%. Any opinions??????
Thanks in advance.
