The course consists of four sessions (Beef, Chicken, Pork, Fish). During the session you learn several recipes, which she prepares for you and then everyone gets to pig out. When I took the course, sessions were $20. Classes are usually small (~6 - 12 people), so you can ask plenty of questions. To sign up, either call (617) 661-1660, or put your name on a list there in the restaraunt. When she gets a course together she calls people on the list. I think it is a good "Basic" course because she explains techniques, and how ingredients work, and how to use them in general. So now I can "whip up" things, rather than following recipes EXACTLY, etc. Scot Aurenz { ihnp4! pur-ee! }uiucdcs!uiucuxc!aurenz
