I got several interesting responses to my request for information on bulletin boards. All the products I looked at had a lot of interesting capability, yet I didn't see anything that completely suited our needs. The major deficiency is user interface. All of our user's have vt100 terminals. We would prefer bboard software that takes advantage of this terminal's capability. For example, we would like to use the cursor keys to point to and select a message to be read or responded to. My boss has used and like the DIAL software used by Microsoft's product support department. I would greatly appreciate information any such systems. Three fairly established vendors replied: Inner Loop Software--DLX: 213-822-2800 Unicon--PICO Span 313-996-2663 MCS -- AKCS. Dial: (312) 566-8909 566-8911 566-8912 (last 2 run 1200-2400, first number is 300-1200) Several people also made reference to UNaXCESS by Brandon Alberry.
