Hello everyone.  (Now there's a typical first-time greeting.)  I
need to know if I can get access to USENET from the Fresno area.
If not in Fresno, then what is the closest place?  I need something
that preferably does not require my having to attend some particular
university to get an account or whatever, but rather a BBS or something.
