2 oz fresh Basil
1/4 cup pine nuts
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 cup olive oil

Blend all into smooth consistency; pour over 3 lbs of Salmon fillets and
marinate 8 hours. Cook over mesquite charcoal for 20 minutes or until cooked
through.
