I'm suprised in all this discussion, nobody made reference to an article I posted about 2 weeks back. The article was about the government of China's deal to buy a 'herd' of Tennesee dairy cows the high tech way: frozen embryo transplant. (Maybe the article didn't propogate?) China's dairy cattle and scrawny, inbred, rare, and are lousy milk producers. Milk is so rare in China that a gallon of it sells for a week's wages on the black market (which gives an idea of the demand). Recipes don't form around nonexistent ingredients, even taking into account Lactose intolerance. -- Craig Werner !philabs!aecom!werner "The world is just a straight man for you sometimes"
