Unix Nroff/Troff User's Guide by Kevin P. Roddy is great. It covers
ms and me macros, and has a massive cross-referenced index.

It won't do that UNIX System V site much good to read all about how
to use -ms and -me macros, which are not supplied with DWB. A book
that emphasized -mm macros would be preferable.
