The discussion about nectarines vs. peaches reminds me of a simple and delicious salad: Slice 2 or three ripe but firm peaches or nectarines or both You may sweeten them with sugar or honey if you want. Toss in about 1/2 C plain yogurt for every two nectarines. Garnish with sliced kiwis (optional). Betsy Cvetic ihnp4!drutx!eac
