A few months ago my wife and I ate some chocolate drops from a fancy restaurant's dessert bar that put us under the table after only a couple of bites. Alas, the restaurant doesn't serve them any more. Does anyone know how these super-rich suicide chocolates are made, or what distinguishes them from other fancy chocolates? I've heard they are very popular in California, but they don't seem to have made it to Memphis yet.
