For those of you interested in Apples and Apple recipes, check out October's Bon Appetit -- "The Great Apple Connection", with eight pages of recipes, from "Winter Squash and Apple Soup with Chili Breadcrumbs" to "Spiced Apple Bread with Ham and Cheese Stuffing".
