For those of you interested in Apples and Apple recipes, check
out October's Bon Appetit -- "The Great Apple Connection", with
eight pages of recipes, from "Winter Squash and Apple Soup with Chili
Breadcrumbs" to "Spiced Apple Bread with Ham and Cheese Stuffing".
The recipes make me drool just reading them!
