Radio station WLYN in Lynne, Ma. (101.7 fm) is now back on the air with new tower, stronger signal, 24 hours, and new call letters. The station went off the air in mid March to upgrade but ran into lengthy delays with the FCC (friendly communications commission) along with New England's **wet** season. The station, WFNX, is supposed to have a output power of approximately 8000 watts, which is considerably stronger than it was. The station is now known as `Boston Pheonix Radio' and will be keeping the same music format as WLYN had, of mostly new rock. For those in the area I suggest you take a listen for it is truely NEW music. Try listenting to WAAF (claims to play new rock) and then compair; you'll hear the difference.
