My all-time favorite/easy pie crust recipe for a top+bottom crust 9" pie: 1 3/4 c flour (white flour >= 1 1/3 c) 1/2 c oil 1/4 c milk (whole milk better) Mix it up. Unevenly divide into 2 balls + roll. If too dry, add a bit of oil. To glaze: brush w/milk (+ sprinkle w/sugar)
