Who has some experience in working with a S.A.W. from Northwest Instrument Systems on a 80368 target system. The instrument is used to analyse software behaviour on a system. It connects to the machine via a probe. This probe replaces the cpu. So it sits on the bus measuring wat is going on. The problem for the 80386 is the SAW doesn't know about paging. It can only "measure" programs who are static and contigue in memory. This is not the case for unix application programs. So only Unix kernel parts can be measured. Who has had some experience with these situations, send reactions via mail. -- # Peter Brouwer, ## # Philips TDS, Dept SSP-V2 ## voice +31 55 432523 # P.O.
