Whatever happened to the great idea of the Net Cookbook. I thought the proposal met with great enthusiasm. Evidently, it died out. What needs to be done to restart it?

I agree, but I'm not sure how to go about it. I have saved alot, though not all, of the recipes I see here. I'll be happy to repost them, though they have been somewhat edited (complete headers are now only a couple of lines, formatted to n/troff, etc). Any suggestions for HOW to produce the cookbook, in WHAT order to arrange it and any other questions that I haven't thought of? -- Suzanne Barnett-Scott uucp: ...{decvax,ihnp4,noao,savax,seismo}!terak!suze phone: (602) 998-4800 us mail: CalComp/Sanders Display Products Division (Formerly Terak Corporation) 14151 N 76th street, Scottsdale, AZ 85260

That way keywords can be used, it's online, and output can easily be tailored to one's taste. Evidently, it died out. > What needs to be done to restart it? It's a lost cause; net communication has it all over books. With a book, the book has to be printed, and you have to go out and buy it, and you never know whether it will have the recipe you're looking for, or whether it will be any good. On the net, you just ask for what you want! "Ask and it shall be opened unto you ..." -- Col. G. L. Sicherman UU: ...{rocksvax|decvax}!sunybcs!colonel CS: colonel@buffalo-cs BI: csdsicher@sunyabva
