I have a very slow letter quality printer running at 4800 baud. System is Uniplus Unix. The problem is the stty command is letting the port default back to 9600 before the print job is actually finished causing the last portion of the output to be garbled. I am looking for a better solution than extending the sleep command to some large figure. Please respond by email to prevent clutter on the net. I will post all solutions that work.
