I'm looking for the book that contains the nutritional values of foods. It has not only the carbohydrate, protein, and fat content of non-prepared food items, but the contents of prepared food items as well. I also remember it having the vitamin and mineral content content also. I think it was called "The Nutritional Values of Common Foods", and it came in a plastic binder format. Could someone tell me what the actual name of the book is and where I would be able to buy a copy? The only place I remember it being available was at the local textbook stores for use by the nutrition and dietetics majors. Thanks Laurie Sefton disclaimer: Integrated Solutions is probably not interested in the amount of carbohydrates in a cup of carrots, cooked.
