While hunting around in my fridge for something to eat I found a container with some tofu in it. It had been there a while, since I had forgotten it was there. I opened it up and it smelled all right. It hadn't turned any revolting colors; it was still the off-white it had been when I had bought the stuff. So the question is: how can you tell if tofu has gone bad? It smells ok, it looks ok. Does it taste ok? Will it kill me if I eat it? What do the tofu experts suggest? Sharon Badian ihnp4!mtgzz!seb
