ronniea@tekgvs.UUCP (Ronnie Augustynovich) (10/31/85)

I am going to a pot luck next month with a Greek theme. I need to
take appetizers. Anyone out there have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance for your help.

If you don't mind working with filo dough, you could make
sphanikopita (I've probably spelled it all wrong) -- see the
NYTimes Cookbook, or I think there's a recipe in the Vegitarian
Epicure.

If you're in a hurry and have a food processor, make humus (spelled
many ways). I'm not sure this is authentically Greek, but it's close
and it's good. I'm sure there's a recipe in the Veg. Ep.

If you have a lot of time to kill, make stuffed grape leaves
(dolma or domalthes, your spelling may vary.)
