I'd like to do level 0 dumps using cron, but I understand the system should be brought down to single user mode for level 0 backups. Won't this interrupt the execution of any shell scripts or other processes, including my 'backup' script? Could anyone share their solutions for automatic dumps? Thanks! Rich Winkel
