Within the past year, we were given a Pavoni Expresso/Capuccino Maker as a present. It is really beautifyl -- brass and copper. Unfortunately, since it was used, it came with no instructions. We have no problem making the expresso part but have been unsuccessful with the frothing the milk for capuccino part. Also, we have not figured out how restaurants impart the chocolate taste. Just putting some cocoa in the cup doesn't seem to work. If anyone has some suggestions or instructions for this machine I could get a copy of (or some other similar machine) please EMAIL me the info. I would be happy to send a stamped self addressed envelope and reimburse you for the copying. But please help. We are getting quite frustrated by now.
