Here's a really fast easy recipe for delicious chicken
breast. The same recipe also works well for fish (tried it
last night)
Easy Cheesy Chicks
for each person you will need:
1 boneless chicken breast (pounded so it's flat)
1 oz. cream cheese
pinch garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley
1 slice bacon
mash the spices into the cheese, and put mixture on
in the center of the breast, and wrap the breast
around the cheese. Secure with a skewer if needed.
Wrap the bacon slice around the chicken breast.
Bake at 350o for about 30 minutes. Makes its own
"gravy". Also works well for fish.
