                   -----------

                  7 eggs
                  500 gram package sausage meat
                  1/3 cup rolled oats
                  1 tablespoon mustard
                  1/2 teaspoon salt
                  1/4 teaspoon pepper
                  bread crumbs

Hard boil six of the eggs. Mix thouroughly the
sausage meat, rolled oats, mustard, salt and pepper.
In another small bowl beat the remaining egg with
            some water or milk.

Divide the meat mixture into six and wrap around
the hard boiled eggs. Roll in bread crumbs, then
into beaten egg, and once again in bread crumbs.
Set on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for
15 minutes. Turn over and bake another 15 minutes.

These can be served hot or cold and are usually
            cut in half.
