I thought I should take the time to thank all you good folks who keep this newsgroup going. I enjoy the discussions, the little hints, and of course the recipes. The two most recent examples are my Thanksgiving dinner and a chicken casserole recipe. I asked for help putting together a Thanksgiving dinner with a goose as the main dish. I got many replies, recipes, and pointers which I used and boy did the dinner ever turn out! Thanks to all the people who responded, especially Marsha and Laura. Another recipe that we tried a while back was one for a chicken casserole (chicken divan ?). Who would have thought that chicken, crackers, mayo, and spinach taste so good together?
