[comp.unix.questions] Need source for driver for TEAC 150M tape drive

I am in the process of writing a driver for the TEAC MT/2ST/N50
150M cassette tape drive for A/UX 1.1. As a starting point
I hoping someone might have a driver for this unit for
some other version of UNIX. Any leads would be appreciated.
