Yep.  It's called a System Administrator.  This modern piece of computer
equipment is capable of recovering files fairly reliably many days after
they were deleted.  The System Administrator is usually unable to recover
the file in exactly the same state as when it was removed, more often the
file is recovered in the state it was in the previous night.  This proves
that the System Administrator never sleeps.
