Here's my favorite pumpkin bread recipe. I have used this with both canned and fresh pumpkin with good results. 1/4 c. oil 1 1/4 c. flour 1 egg 3/4 t. soda 1 c. flour 1/8 t. cloves 1/2 c. raisins or nuts 3/8 t. cinnamon 1 c. sugar 1/8 t. salt Mix together pumpkin, egg, oil and sugar. Add dry ingredients. Stir in raisins (or nuts). Bake in greased loaf pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Makes one loaf.

Sorry about the missing pumpkin. The proper amount is 1 cup (1/2 of a 16 oz can is about right). -Bill Randle
