[comp.unix.questions] Need help with HP LaserJet IIP on Sun 3/50

I'm trying to install a new HP LaserJet IIP on a Sun 3/50
running release 3.2 of the Sun OS.  I've figured out that I
need a null modem cable and have attached it to serial port B.
I've got a rudimentary /etc/printcap entry so that lpr turns
on the form feed light on the printer and initiates paper feed.
But the pages are usually blank or sometimes garbled, depending
on how I have fiddled with /etc/printcap.  I think my trouble
is getting the correct /etc/printcap.

So, could someone please help me by providing the proper
/etc/printcap for my situation.  Please mail directly to
