My "explain" shell script unfortunately doesn't allow me to pipe in the output of the diction program. It always insists on interactive usage. Can someone mail me a modified version of "explain" that first looks at the command line, and if there is a filename following the command (or stdin is assigned to a file or pipe), "explain" is so kind as to use read input and write to output? I presume this isn't too difficult if someone knows the various shell programming languages... I would of course highly appreciate such a utility... Thanks. /ivo ivo@next.agsm.ucla.edu [128.97.74.50]
