Anyone out ther in netland have a recipie for Rhode Island clam chowder?
I've had it several times in restaurants and really enjoyed it, but never
have I been able to find a recipie. This is NOT your standard New
England chowder. This is basically a clam broth (clear liquid) with
potatoes and other goodies in it. No milk/cream as in the New England
variety and certainly not the Manhattan chowder.
