While vacationing last summer in Vienna, we had a wonderful dessert at a supposedly turkish restaurant. It looked like a large square of cheesecake with a chocolate crust and cocoa sprinkled on top. It had a firm custard consistency. The restaurant called it Turami Su I've looked and looked for the recipe without success.
